With a heavy heart i write you today to let you know Tootsie passed away unexpectedly Saturday, August 29th at approximately 4:45pm . She was at home. Her vet Dr. Robin came over to assist. CPR was attempted. Dr. Robin exaimed her finding no external injuries external or internal injuries. We suspect she suffered a stroke or Heart arrhythmia, however, we do not what would have caused this . She had been excited and running up the stairs. The night before her and her brother Chen had chased ghost crabs on the beach. She had her bath and went to bed. Tootsie was an incredibly sweet soul who was rescued in December from the Rocky Mt. North Carolina Shelter. She was a mere 7 1/2 years old with so much love to give. She is greatly missed.
